Organizations

Local IAFF Local 2067 continues to be involved in many of our communities' efforts to raise awareness and funds needed by many worthwhile organizations and individuals asking for assistance. Many of these fundraisers have become an annual event that many of Norman's citizens look forward to attending and being apart of the helping hand that so many of our firefighters have been recognized as fruitful laborers in these efforts.

Many such organizations include, but are not limited to:

• Muscular Dystrophy Association
• The Norman Christmas Store with the Annual Chili Super
• The J.D. McCarty Center
• Big Brothers-Big Sisters & Other United Way Agencies
• Senior Citizen Smoke Detectors
• Oklahoma State Fire Fighters Memorial
• New York City Firefighters Car Wash in the aftermath of 9/11
• Individual Firefighters around the state in need of assistance from fellow IAFF brothers
• Local families in need that have requested individual help and support
• Norman Sooner Rotary Club - ILSY Slice-of-Night Golf Tournament
• Hurricane Katrina Car Wash
